The staff were friendly and helpful. the breakfast had a great selection and the view was amazing. the hotel's location near the main attractions and shops in Strasbourg was perfect.

Personally, for me the most important was the distance to the city center. Location of this hotel was the major advantage.

The room decor was kind of funky and unique. The location was central to the highlight spots of the city.
One staff member (Sarah) was absolutely the rudest hotel employee I have ever experienced. Also, the breakfast was pretty pricey for what you got, and there was some street noise from a crowd during the night.

Delicious breakfast with a variety of options, like fluffy scrambled eggs and sausages. the hotel is conveniently located near a vineyard, a tram stop called "crossroads", and fantastic restaurants and bars to explore. 🍳

panoramic and fairly quiet rooms with private bathrooms. climate control, a minibar, and a safe available. great staff, marvellous and magnificent location really close to shops, restaurants and the cathedral as well as the train station.
Beds were too soft.

This place is amazingly located very close to Eglise du Temple-Neuf, the staff were extremely friendly, offering complimentary wake-up calls and ironing services.

location it was 5 minutes walk from main restaurant area. Ideal for a short stay to visit museums etc.
Air conditioning did not work well or we did't understand how to use it.
